Security Issues

The internet connects computers world-wide. The gross of users out there are decent honest people, but unfortunately there is a crowd of malicious users who pride themselves in causing harm to others.

It is therefor of extreme importance that your website is protected to the best of your ability. The first step is to choose a reliable and reputable host. Our sites are hosted through a reseller agreement at such a host. Over 2.2 million sites are hosted on their servers. This should say something about their reputation.

There are of course some other "backdoors" that should be closed, and for obvious reasons we can not disclose more information on these, but at least we know what to look for and how to fix these.

Apart from backups you as our customer may make of your site, we have taken it upon ourselves to do our own backups at regular intervals. This ensures redundancy in case your site is hacked or otherwise damaged.

We are also able to provide and install socalled SSL certificates for our customers. (Next time when you are on your banking site, check the web address at the top of your browser. It will change from http:// to https://. This is what the certificate does. It creates a Secure Sockets Layer, making your site highly secure)
